Pakistan Tobacco Company - Olga Gumnits
Ms. Olga Gumnits is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), UK, and holds a Diploma with Honours in International Finance and Banking from Tashkent State Economic University.
Olga began her career with British American Tobacco (BAT) in Uzbekistan and went on to hold senior finance and audit roles across BAT Russia, Switzerland and Western Europe. She subsequently served as Regional Head of Corporate Finance for Eastern Europe and held Finance Director roles across Kazakhstan and South Central Asia, Caucasus and Moldova, and Switzerland.
From 2020 to 2024, Olga was Head of Growth Management for BAT Central Europe, covering 10 markets and leading pricing, portfolio and investment decisions. She then joined Group Internal Audit as Audit Controller, Global Functions and later Global Head of Internal Audit, overseeing the Group audit plan, risk and control frameworks, Audit Committee reporting and governance.
In June 2026, Olga was appointed as Finance Director Pakistan and Area Head of Finance for APMEA Central.
With more than two decades of international finance, audit and leadership experience, Olga brings strong financial oversight, governance expertise and broad emerging-market experience to the Board.
In the new role, Olga’s rich experience will be pivotal in enabling the sustained growth of Pakistan business.
